Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and service stations; clean utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Food Service Support: Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery and glassware, and preparing dining areas for service.
- Dishwashing & Storage: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools; store cleaned items properly and maintain inventory.
- Waste Management: Dispose of kitchen and dining waste responsibly; maintain hygiene standards in trash collection and disposal.
- Assistance to Kitchen Staff: Support chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and stock management.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards; ensure proper handling of cleaning agents and kitchen equipment.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of cleaning supplies, detergents, and kitchen essentials; inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.
