Job Description
- Clean and set tables, including placing seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.
- Welcome customers, seat them, serve or refill water, and deliver beverages from the bartender.
- Maintain clean menus and present them to customers.
- Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, assisting wait staff as needed.
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests.
- Assist in cleaning duties and opening or closing tasks of the restaurant.
- Scrape and wash dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, and store them appropriately.
- Sweep, mop, and polish restaurant, bar, kitchen areas, and equipment.
- Transport used linen to and from laundry or housekeeping sections.
- Assist with unloading and storing stock as required.
