Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing basic restaurant information or handling reservation schedules.
- Maintaining clean, sanitized menus for guests.
- Refilling drinks as needed.
- Rolling and replacing cutlery.
- Keeping serving stations stocked with condiments, trays, and napkins.
- Directing customers to restrooms.
- Clearing tables after guests finish.
- Following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assisting kitchen staff in preparing simple dishes (salads, desserts).
