STEM Curriculum Designer (Freelancer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine STEM curricula and lesson plans tailored for AI training
• Create structured learning paths across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build interactive exercises, quizzes, and projects
• Ensure content is accurate, clear, and pedagogically sound
• Adapt materials for various learning levels and formats (beginner to advanced, self-paced to instructor-led)
• Work with AI teams to enhance the model's understanding of STEM concepts
• Continuously evaluate and improve curriculum based on AI and learner feedback

Required Qualifications

• 1st or 2nd year student in a STEM-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering) from a top IIT
• Minimum 1 year of experience in curriculum design, teaching, or content development in STEM subjects
• Strong grasp of core STEM topics and instructional design principles
• Experience creating educational materials such as lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments
• Familiarity with AI applications in education is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills
