Lead a group of design engineers in designing and detailing projects during quoting and execution stages.

Conduct site visits to analyze field issues and propose solutions for erection errors.

Train engineers to achieve optimum design and detailing results.

Plan and monitor shop drawing releases to workshops, ensure adequate resources for detailing, and resolve queries.

Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing teams, architects, project engineers, designers, sales teams, management, and clients.
