Job Responsibilities

Sales Volume Achievement

  • Achieve overall sales volume targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive oil-wise sales volume in line with business goals.
  • Focus on increasing sales of priority or focused products.

Infrastructure Development

  • Appoint new dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
  • Establish a separate channel sales infrastructure in assigned towns.
  • Collect and manage Business Guarantee (BG) / Security Deposit (SD) as required for business operations.

Market Development

  • Strategically work to increase market share in assigned towns.

Technology Rollout

  • Implement technology-based applications across the territory.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and adoption of technology tools among stakeholders.
