Job Responsibilities
Sales Volume Achievement
- Achieve overall sales volume targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive oil-wise sales volume in line with business goals.
- Focus on increasing sales of priority or focused products.
Infrastructure Development
- Appoint new dealers to strengthen the distribution network.
- Establish a separate channel sales infrastructure in assigned towns.
- Collect and manage Business Guarantee (BG) / Security Deposit (SD) as required for business operations.
Market Development
- Strategically work to increase market share in assigned towns.
Technology Rollout
- Implement technology-based applications across the territory.
- Ensure optimal utilization and adoption of technology tools among stakeholders.
