Job Description

  • Implement and oversee project activities across the state, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Recruit and coordinate state-level teams to support project objectives and activities.
  • Engage with government officials, schools, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout of projects.
  • Travel as required to manage, monitor, and support the project in various regions.
  • Ensure effective communication between all involved parties, and ensure that project goals are met as per the agreed timelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of the project.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in MSW, B.Ed., or any graduate with a solid understanding of local language(s) and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with using computers and related software to manage project-related data and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or working with schools, government, or large-scale initiatives is preferred.
