Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnering:
- Drive, understand, implement, and focus on key HR initiatives in the assigned state(s).
- Partner effectively with business leaders to support and manage the people agenda to achieve organizational goals.
Recruitment:
- Identify regional hiring requirements and coordinate with regional managers to initiate approvals.
- Manage recruitment costs by sourcing the right talent from relevant industries.
- Identify internal movement opportunities and facilitate openings in i-Sculpt for central team processing.
- Ensure timely delivery of offer letters to selected candidates.
Onboarding:
- Maintain continuous communication with new recruits to ensure smooth job and cultural integration.
Compensation:
- Ensure offers comply with the minimum and maximum of the pay grade.
Benefits:
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits and act as a single point of contact for related queries.
- Ensure benefits reach eligible employees.
Performance Management:
- Track employee performance and coordinate with central HR on non-performance-related discussions.
- Drive completion of annual appraisals, mid-year reviews, and KRA submission processes.
Employee Engagement:
- Regularly connect with employees to understand engagement levels.
- Facilitate team action planning and implement initiatives arising from action plans.
