Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR initiatives in the state, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing the people agenda.
- Lead recruitment efforts, identifying regional hiring needs, managing costs, and coordinating approvals.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
- Drive performance management and support the completion of appraisals, KRA submissions, and other related processes.
Job Requirements:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to handle employee benefits and compensation management within pay grade policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for regular employee connections and managing exits.
