Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Provide therapy through exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and physiotherapy tools.
• Expertise in manual therapy and patient assessment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient and caregiver interaction.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate patients through recovery.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for individualized treatment planning.
