State Coordinator (Project: Global Fund)

Develop and implement strategic plans for expansion of UPFRONT NAAT testing for Pediatric TB & EP TB specimens

Collaborate with PMU and lab assessment teams to evaluate labs in the state

Liaise with state authorities to compile comprehensive lab lists

Ensure training of lab technicians in public labs and private physicians on sample collection techniques

Work with state authorities on lab upgrades including procurement, maintenance, and reagent supply

Provide training to hospital and medical college departments on DRTB care standards

Oversee hub operations through district coordinators and monitor data managers

Conduct workshops for private physician engagement and training

Ensure monthly visits to each spoke for issue resolution and support

Monitor activities of District Coordinators and conduct quarterly M&E visits

Collaborate with State and district NTEP to ensure smooth project implementation
