Collect specimens from collaborating hospitals, clinics, and PHCs

Ensure timely and safe delivery of samples to NAAT testing sites

Maintain cold chain during transport as per biosafety guidelines

Ensure accurate labeling of specimens with patient identifiers

Complete and verify Annexure Forms and required documentation

Follow program guidelines and regulatory requirements

Collect test results from laboratories and deliver to physicians or health officials

Follow up with Laboratory Technicians on pending test reports

Maintain communication with field teams, laboratory staff, and treating physicians

Coordinate with relevant authorities for specimen collection and result dissemination

Maintain logbooks or digital records of specimen collection and result tracking

Ensure compliance with reporting requirements

Use Nikshay portal for sample enrolment and tracking
