Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategy

• Lead and design research initiatives for new products, interfaces, and user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define/refine problem statements and create structured execution plans.
• Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with UXR and Data Science teams to create metrics-driven, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout the design lifecycle—from concept to production.
• Contribute to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups based on research insights.

Execution & Delivery

• Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders across various seniority levels, focusing on business impact and execution.
