Staff Technical Operations Scientist

• Support multi-phase technical transfer projects for manufacturing Beckman Coulter products at third-party OEMs.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Regulatory, Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Validation teams.

• Execute equipment setup, process validation, and test method transfer for multiple products.

• Ensure continuity of supply and project timelines while maintaining compliance with cGMP, ISO, and FDA regulations.

• Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools like SW, TPI, VPM, and Daily Management to streamline operations.

• Drive supply chain activities in alignment with local/global design change processes and company procedures.

• Ensure regulatory and GMP compliance throughout the product transfer and manufacturing process.
