• Education & Experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise-class applications
• Technical Proficiency
• Proficiency in Java or other mid-tier programming languages
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Mesos)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD, unit/integration), and instrumentation
• Solid foundation in algorithms, design patterns, and data structures

• Skilled in evaluating and tuning AI/ML performance in real-world environments
• Ability to lead AI integration efforts, including guiding junior engineers and cross-functional teams on AI best practices
• Familiarity with AI-native architecture principles and GenAI technologies
