Job Description

Available Positions & Responsibilities:
We are inviting applications for a range of positions across various specialized units, each requiring a commitment to patient well-being and clinical excellence.
- Staff Nurses:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Document patient observations and medical information accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Senior Staff Nurses:
- Assume a leadership role in guiding and mentoring junior nursing staff.
- Oversee patient assignments and ensure efficient workflow within the ward/unit.
- Manage complex patient cases, providing advanced nursing interventions and critical care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for patient families and other healthcare providers.
- Incharge - Ward / NICU / LDR / OT / PICU:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of a specific ward or specialized unit (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Operation Theatre, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit).
- Ensure optimal patient care delivery, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Implement and enforce clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development for nursing staff within the unit.
- Manage inventory and equipment necessary for unit operations.
Educational Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Registration Nursing Council Certificate is mandatory.
