Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Assessment:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to collect information on health conditions, medical history, and specific care needs.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, prescribed treatments, medications, and self-care techniques to support recovery and long-term health.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including observations, interventions, and responses to treatment.

Medication Management:

• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and timing while strictly adhering to safety and protocol guidelines.
