Staff Nurse-Nursing Services

As a Staff Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assist physicians and healthcare professionals, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. This role spans various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community health centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Deliver direct nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures such as wound care and IV therapy.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to support comfort and recovery.

Patient Assessment:

• Conduct assessments of patients' physical and mental health status.
• Document medical history and monitor changes in condition or treatment response.
• Recognize and promptly report abnormal findings or symptoms to relevant healthcare providers.

Care Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with established protocols, standards, and evidence-based practices.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medication usage, and self-care techniques.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and health promotion.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate care with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively regarding patient status, treatment updates, and care transitions.
