Staff Nurse-Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the dialysis unit
• Oversee patient care and ensure treatment protocols are followed
• Manage and guide dialysis nurses and technicians
• Monitor inventory of dialysis supplies and equipment
• Ensure infection control and safety standards
• Coordinate with nephrologists and other departments
• Handle patient records and documentation
