• Skilled in handling behavioral challenges using positive reinforcement and structured techniques.
• Instructional Adaptation
• Modify curriculum and teaching methods to suit learning abilities of children with disabilities.
• Classroom Management
• Create a safe, inclusive, and structured environment conducive to learning.
• Communication Skills
• Effectively communicate with children, parents, therapists, and other educators.
• Assessment & Evaluation
• Conduct assessments to monitor academic, behavioral, and social progress.
• Empathy and Patience
• Work sensitively with children with intellectual, developmental, or learning disabilities.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with therapists, counselors, school staff, and families for holistic support.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed records of progress, interventions, and parent interactions.
• Knowledge of Disabilities
• Understanding of various disabilities like autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and learning disorders.
