Staff Nurse

• Prepare and implement nursing care plans for assigned patients
• Perform nursing procedures related to patient admission, discharge, and transfer
• Ensure patient belongings are handled and stored safely as per hospital policy
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the medical team
