Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety while assisting doctors and senior medical staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per established protocols
• Administer medications, IVs, injections, and manage wounds
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation compliance
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and wellness practices
• Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid nursing registration/certification
• 1–5 years of clinical/nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
• Strong clinical, observational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
