Staff Engineer, Systems Integration

• Develop and execute system integration strategies for complex diagnostic instrumentation systems.

• Lead technical projects and tasks involving cross-functional teams including Software, Firmware, Mechanical, Electrical, Customer Care, and Biochemistry.

• Perform hands-on laboratory testing and failure investigations to support ongoing design and development efforts.

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and areas for system improvement.

• Create and maintain system architecture documents, requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, and dFMEAs for integrated instrumentation systems.

• Bridge gaps across subsystems, ensuring holistic integration of optical, mechanical, thermal, and firmware/software components.
