Staff Data Scientist - GenAI studios

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and optimize deep learning models for text-to-video and image-to-video generation using state-of-the-art generative techniques such as diffusion models, transformers, and temporal GANs
• Develop scalable pipelines for dataset curation, preprocessing, training, validation, and model evaluation with automated visual, temporal, and semantic quality metrics
• Lead AI feature development from concept to production, ensuring measurable business impact and strategic alignment
• Enhance model development workflows, experiment tracking, testing frameworks, and release pipelines for reliable and efficient deployment
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and leadership to define use cases, prioritize initiatives, and deliver production-grade AI systems
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance feedback, and iterate models to meet user experience and creative quality benchmarks
• Stay current with advancements in generative AI and multimodal learning; contribute to internal knowledge sharing and represent the team in technical discussions
