Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to assist in corporate income tax compliance and advisory services, including mergers & acquisitions and restructuring mandates. The role requires strong analytical ability, client management skills, and excellent communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the team in ensuring clients' corporate income tax compliance requirements as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
• Support in handling corporate tax, M&A tax, and restructuring mandates for clients
• Apply knowledge of corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international tax) in client engagements
• Demonstrate basic understanding of other laws such as FEMA and SEBI (preferred)
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams with strong people and client management skills
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels

Job Specification & Skill Requirements

• Qualification: CA IPCC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Client relationship management expertise
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
