• Strategically manage organizational data and HR processes
• Ensure smooth execution and continuity of all HR systems
• Drive innovative improvements in existing HR processes
• Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives

Key Deliverables:

• Seamless onboarding and exit processes
• Accurate and compliant HR documentation (offers, letters, etc.)
• Effective induction and training programs
• Timely and error-free payroll and HR reporting
