Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify manpower requirements and seek approval from the HR Head.
- Create job descriptions, advertise vacancies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Review CVs, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in hiring decisions.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees to familiarize them with the organization.
- Organize training sessions for both new and existing employees.
- Manage employee performance, appraisals, and provide guidance for improvement through SWOT analysis and counseling.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR-related data for management reporting.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
- Handle employee grievances, communicate HR policies, compliance, and regulations.
- Oversee employee safety, health, and well-being within the organization.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.
