SRE JD-Sire Reliability Engineer

Azure DevOps (SRE):

• Azure core services Site Reliability Engineer who can implement and drive SRE discipline in the project.

Tool Evaluation:

• Evaluates emerging SRE tools and stays updated on the infrastructure tool and solution.

Monitoring and Alerting:

• Designs and configures proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of services.

Incident Management:

• Leads incident response efforts, performs root cause analysis, and ensures post-incident reviews and action items are addressed.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

• Builds and maintains efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to automate code delivery and reduce deployment risks.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Uses tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform to manage infrastructure provisioning and updates.

Performance Optimization:

• Identifies performance bottlenecks and implements scalable solutions across cloud services.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensures all systems follow security best practices, manages access control, and aligns with regulatory compliance.

Capacity Planning:

• Analyzes system metrics and usage trends to forecast capacity needs and support system scaling decisions.

Collaboration and Documentation:

• Works closely with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices and documents procedures, configurations, and runbooks.
