SRE Engineer - ECMS

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) within the organization.
• Proactively monitor ECMS infrastructure and applications to detect and diagnose performance issues, errors, and potential bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ECMS-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
• Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to reduce system downtime, minimize manual interventions, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including development teams, operations, and business users, to ensure smooth system operations and alignment with business needs.
• Document and maintain comprehensive ECMS architecture, configurations, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, contributing to post-incident reviews and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills:
