Job Description
- Assisting in the maintenance, repair, and testing of substation equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and relays
- Performing routine inspections and monitoring substation conditions
- Helping with troubleshooting and fault analysis
- Assisting in the execution of switching orders and electrical clearances
- Supporting electrical engineers and technicians with technical tasks
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and substation operations
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Weekly Battery Charger and Battery Cleaning
- Daily Checking of Equipment Health and Cleaning
- Penal and PPE checking & Cleaning
- Taking Hourly Reading, Taken OLTC Counter, Breaker counter
