Job Responsibilities:
Gain and maintain a broad overall understanding of the Broadridge Wealth Management
offering, the overall value proposition of the platform for key market segments
Maintain and expand wealth, client and product database which serves as the central depository
of information and foundation for client and product analysis of client and product data across
our wealth solutions to provide the following (but not limited to) volume metrics identify cross-sell and addressable market analysis up-sell and bundling opportunities pipeline progress and product revenue for product growth and enhancement
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets of sales and revenues to extract meaningful insights.
Develop and maintain data analytics processes, tools, and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-
driven solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
Interpret and communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Implement statistical models and algorithms for data analysis and forecasting.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through careful validation and quality assurance
procedures.
Extract data for ad hoc analysis based on business needs. Conduct business analysis to identify
and highlight key leading indicators.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights
Assist with tracking go-to-market for Next Best Investment (NBI) initiatives including expenses,
pipeline and sales
Maintain library of all wealth data and analysis
Required Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer
Science).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Knowledge in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) as well as
data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of Financial services preferred, knowledge of Wealth Management firm, advisor or
investor behavior is a bonus
Collaboration skills including working in complex matrix organizations
Experience working with Sales, Account Management, Product and Technology teams
