Sr. Team Member - TA & Employer Branding

Job Responsibilities

• Evangelize Employer Branding and increase the Organization Effectiveness for SUD Life.
• Develop and Administer Social Media strategies on LinkedIn, Ambition Box, Glassdoor, etc., to strengthen SUD Life brand as an 'Employer of Choice' in the BFSI sector in India.
• Execute events, Video Shoots to strengthen the unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of SUD Life.
• Campaign Planning & develop marketing collaterals across various channels, including emailers, social media banners, website copy, blogs, and articles.
• Support the complete recruitment cycle - from proactive sourcing and engaging candidate interactions to seamless onboarding - ensuring alignment with business needs and a positive candidate experience.
