Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Lead brand-building initiatives that position the organization as a thought leader in life insurance and healthcare investments
  • Define brand messaging, tone, and storytelling frameworks that resonate with target audiences
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and offline touchpoints

Content & Digital Strategy

  • Create engaging blogs, video scripts, podcasts, and customer education materials simplifying financial concepts
  • Develop content-driven digital engagement formats, including reels, carousels, and interactive campaigns
  • Manage and update website content to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives

Customer Engagement & Community Building

  • Drive customer-led campaigns, including referral programs and engagement initiatives like 'Badhiye with Buddy'
  • Craft relatable content using Hinglish narratives and witty Zomato-style messaging for digital platforms
  • Partner with UX and design teams to deliver immersive brand storytelling experiences

Legal & Compliance Coordination

  • Ensure all content and marketing materials meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for timely approvals and audit readiness
  • Stay informed on relevant laws and industry regulations impacting insurance marketing

Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and design to align messaging across customer journeys
  • Manage external creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets

Performance & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics
  • Optimize content strategies using insights from campaign performance data
  • Monitor market trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to refine brand positioning
