Sr . System Administrator

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems at Games2win, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Manage and monitor:
• Network infrastructure at the Mumbai office
• VPNs for remote employees
• Physical systems and mobile devices, including deployment, collection, and remote troubleshooting
• Backup servers and version control repositories
• Email systems and cloud servers (AWS, Google)
• Software licensing compliance
• Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks; update documents as needed.
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve system failures.
• Monitor system performance proactively to identify potential issues.
• Ensure security and access controls through firewalls, backups, and monitoring systems.

Who You Could Be – Background and Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Sr. System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows OS, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management.
• Hands-on experience with system security, intrusion detection, and data backup/recovery.
• Resourceful problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams.

Educational Qualification

• BE/BSc in IT, MCA, or related field.
• Additional diploma in Hardware Networking preferred.
