Sr Staff Integration Developer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a SnapLogic Integration Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining real-time and batch integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in cloud/iPaaS platforms, modern programming languages, and database technologies, and will play a critical role in delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain custom integrations in SnapLogic and other iPaaS platforms
• Build real-time and batch integration pipelines with reusable components and connectors
• Create and maintain integration documentation including mappings, endpoints, policies, and APIs
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to develop and test integration solutions
• Conduct unit testing, performance benchmarking, and tuning to ensure solution quality
• Support production systems, automation processes, and participate in on-call support rotation
• Apply best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and act as SME for business and technical teams
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and change management processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on SnapLogic development experience
• Experience with other integration platforms like Boomi, Mulesoft, BizTalk
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge in Java, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js
• Deep experience in data modeling, writing complex SQL queries, performance tuning
• Familiarity with data formats such as EDI, JSON, XML, CSV
• Agile development experience with strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Self-driven and results-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS/RabbitMQ, API Gateway, Redshift, SES, etc.)
• Experience with Elastic Path and Spring Framework
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Postman

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience
