Sr. Specialist– Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lateral hiring: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Design and drive recruitment programs and improve existing processes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Manage project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Present executive-level reports and updates to senior leadership.
• Explore innovative sourcing methods, employer branding, and marketing.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• MBA from a top-tier school.
• 1–4 years of experience in lateral/market recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques across platforms.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
