Sr Solution Consultant

You'll be joining the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) job family under the Global Delivery Services (GDS) workgroup. Your role will be critical in the new customer deployments of the UKG Ready product, working with UKG customers across multiple geographies. Our PSC projects involve various roles including Solution Consultants, Integration Consultants, Business Analysts, and Quality Analysts, all interacting regularly with onsite teams and customers.

We're particularly interested in candidates with existing knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) domains from platforms like ADP, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday.

As a Senior Solution Consultant within our UKG Ready implementation team, you will:

• Engage with our clients, directly or indirectly, to deeply understand their business needs regarding the implementation of various modules of the UKG Ready product.
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients (directly or through onsite personnel) in designing and building solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Utilize your technical aptitude to re-configure our software solution and solve moderately complex issues.
• Use knowledge of various alternatives and their potential impact on the team to develop a well-reasoned approach to solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality to provide cutting-edge guidance.
• Work independently, receiving minimal guidance, while effectively managing your tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and as part of a team on new client implementations, upgrade projects, and change orders.
• Drive consistency into UKG Ready delivery practices by leveraging your implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization.
• Understand and clearly explain difficult and/or sensitive information, working collaboratively to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Contribute significantly to team objectives that may have a broader impact on the area or group.
• Be ready to become a key point-of-contact for UKG customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their success.
