Sr. Site engineer- Real-estate

We are seeking a Sr. Site Engineer to assist the senior project engineer/project manager in the delivery of real estate projects. You will be responsible for thoroughly interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing accurate quantities and material lists, and monitoring task-level schedules. This role requires a professional with a civil engineering degree or diploma, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Mumbai real estate high-rise projects, and a quality-oriented approach to RCC and finishes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Assistance: Assist the senior project engineer/project manager in the successful delivery of the project.
• Technical Interpretation: Be thorough in the interpretation of drawings and specifications, paying close attention to detailing.
• Material Management: Prepare accurate quantities and material lists, and ensure timely material requisitions.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a quality-oriented approach in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishes.
• Scheduling: Prepare and monitor task-level schedules to ensure project timelines are met.

Skills Required

• Thorough working knowledge of RCC and finishes.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in preparing accurate quantities and material lists.
• Experience in preparing and monitoring task-level schedules.
• Experience in piling/pile foundations is desirable.

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
