Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CMDB including data quality, hierarchy, and relationships
- Configure and manage ServiceNow multi-instance architecture
- Implement and maintain automated discovery integrations
- Manage roles, groups, and permissions within ServiceNow
- Apply ITIL lifecycle knowledge for incident, problem, and change management
- Develop and manage ServiceNow APIs for integrations and custom solutions
- Work with relational databases and ensure data integrity in ServiceNow
- Maintain technical documentation and support processes including ServiceNow ticketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend and ITSM solutions
