Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Sales Executive / Asst. Manager with an MBA in Marketing to join the Real Estate Industry. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing the entire sales cycle for residential and commercial projects. This role involves leading a sales team, managing channel partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and other real estate projects. Plan and conceptualize strategies for upcoming projects while maintaining a strong hold on competitor trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive business growth. Manage the sales process from pre-launch and pre-sales to unit handover.
  • Client & Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions for their property requirements. Close deals and ensure proper after-sales services. Manage channel partners to ensure proper project awareness and branding.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and with other teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance. Develop a reporting mechanism to track targets against forecasts and report to senior management.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage every element of the sales process, staying updated on industry regulations and standards.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven skills in sales, selling, and closing deals.
  • Expertise in sourcing and developing new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong decision-making, planning, and organizing abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
  • Effective spoken English.

QUALIFICATION:

  • MBA - Marketing is a key requirement.
