Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Engage with HNI clients to understand and address their investment requirements.
- Offer a comprehensive range of investment products including Debt, Structured Products, Equities, Mutual Funds, Fund-based Real Estate, and other suitable options.
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI clients.
- Profile clients and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Deepen client relationships through cross-selling of financial products and services.
- Enhance and retain client profitability by increasing wallet share.
- Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per client.
- Acquire new clients through referrals and active networking to contribute to business growth.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for new client acquisition in corporate and B2C/B2B segments.
- Execute micro-events and initiatives for client acquisition in collaboration with the Head RM.
- Work closely with internal teams including research, investment, and compliance to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions.
Financial and Product Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting clients' financial positions.
- Ensure profitability of assigned portfolios through strategic investment recommendations.
