Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Provide expert financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions.
- Drive business development, portfolio performance analysis, modeling, and overall wealth management strategy.
- Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring portfolio profitability and growth.
Main Accountabilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Engage HNI clients to understand their investment requirements and goals.
- Offer tailored investment solutions including debt products, structured products, equities, mutual funds, real estate funds, and other wealth products.
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI clients, ensuring personalized and seamless service delivery.
- Profile clients effectively and provide suitable financial products based on their needs.
- Deepen existing relationships through cross-selling of investment and broking services.
- Enhance and retain client profitability by increasing wallet share and generating high income per customer.
- Network actively and seek client referrals to expand the customer base.
- Acquire new clients through cross-referrals and targeted acquisition initiatives.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Support the creation and execution of marketing plans for customer acquisition in the corporate and HNI segments.
- Assist in organizing and executing micro-events to attract potential clients.
- Contribute to business development by acquiring B2B or B2C clientele and building a robust portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams (research, investment, compliance) to ensure accurate and compliant financial solutions.
Financial and Product Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory changes.
- Analyze client portfolios for performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure the profitability of the client portfolio through effective portfolio management and product advisory.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
