Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Approval: Identify manpower requirements across various departments and submit them to the HR Head for necessary approvals.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, and handling the full employment process.
- Job Description & Advertisement: Create comprehensive job descriptions for required positions, and strategically advertise them across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage schedules for interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Candidate Management: Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and actively assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Agency Liaison: Collaborate effectively with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Oversee the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and informative start to their journey with the organization.
- Training & Development: Conduct engaging training sessions for both new and existing employees to foster continuous skill development and organizational growth.
- HR Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, attendance, and data for each employee, providing them to the management team as required for reporting and analysis.
- Exit Management: Conduct thorough exit interviews with outgoing employees to gather valuable feedback and insights.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in identifying manpower requirements and managing the recruitment process.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Ability to create compelling job descriptions and manage advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating HR activities, including interviews.
- Experience in liaising with external recruitment agencies.
