Sr Recruiter - Algoleap

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Algoleap.

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent across various IT disciplines, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies like AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers).
• Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews, review resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation.
• Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing, etc.), and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the IT industry.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit and Fieldglass.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
