Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Quality Planning: Develop and implement strategic quality plans that align with overall project objectives and company standards, ensuring proactive quality management across all phases.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide strong leadership and effective team management for QA/QC personnel, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Quality Assurance: Oversee and execute comprehensive Project Quality Assurance activities, ensuring that all processes, procedures, and deliverables meet specified quality requirements and industry standards.
  • Inspection & Testing Management: Lead and manage all inspection and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle, from raw materials to finished products/deliverables, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Non-Conformance & Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage non-conformances effectively. Proactively identify and assess quality-related risks, developing and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
  • Client Liaison & Reporting: Act as a key liaison with clients on all quality-related matters, addressing concerns, providing updates, and presenting clear, concise quality reports.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure meticulous documentation of all QA/QC processes, inspections, test results, and non-conformances. Guarantee full compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA/QC function and across projects, implementing best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall quality performance.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Strategic Quality Planning.
  • Proven Leadership & Team Management abilities within a quality assurance/control context.
  • Strong experience in Project Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in Inspection & Testing Management.
  • Demonstrated capability in Non-Conformance & Risk Management.
  • Excellent Client Liaison & Reporting skills.
  • Meticulous attention to Documentation & Compliance.
  • Ability to lead and implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
