Sr. QA Engineer

Own quality for assigned product areas and features, including test strategy, execution, and release sign-offs

Design, review, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and backend testing

Debug failures across UI, backend, and APIs to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues

Build, extend, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and backend services

Improve automation reliability and reduce manual regression testing efforts

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback cycles

Collaborate with developers to shift quality left through better testability and early validation

Work with Customer Support to reproduce, analyze, and resolve customer-reported issues

Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices for quality and automation
