Sr. QA Analyst
Job Description
-SME for Technical/Functional issues, mentoring and coaching team members on technical aspects (Technical Expertise, Mentoring)
-Lead training efforts for the team and engage in ongoing development of team/unit/cross tower members (Training, Team Development)
-Work independently on tasks assigned and demonstrate module-level ownership (Ownership, Time Management)
-Manage internal stakeholder communication, including Technology & other teams for assigned module (Stakeholder Management, Communication)
-Assist & manage Offshore/Onshore interaction and stakeholder communication, including technical/functional escalations (Escalation Handling, Collaboration)
-Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team (Documentation, Process Compliance)
-Review and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system gaps & domain compliance (BRD Analysis, Domain Knowledge)
-Perform and review data analysis, audits, and associated research and provide resolutions (Data Analysis, Auditing, Problem Solving)
-Responsible for solving production-related issues and preparation of annual calendar, as applicable (Production Support, Reporting)
