Sr. QA Analyst

Be aware of projects and their particularities, develop test scenarios, perform various quality assurance tests and ensure that systems respond effectively (QA Testing, Test Planning)

-Ensure the quality, follow-up, and adherence to phases of test schedules (Quality Control, Compliance)

-Carry on post-implementation follow-ups to ensure system stability and collaborate with stakeholders on prioritizing patches (Issue Resolution, Stakeholder Management)

-Identify situations that may significantly affect deliverables and ensure corrective actions are taken (Risk Management, Problem Solving)

-Participate in planning, organization, and follow-up of project deliveries to meet QA and implementation commitments (Project Coordination, Process Adherence)

-Review Business Requirements & System Specifications of client solutions (Defined Contribution plan configuration, web setup, data conversion, payroll interface, carrier feeds, premium billing, etc.) (Business Analysis, System Review)

-Execute system configuration through parameters, develop and review test plans, test system functionality, and document results (Test Execution, Documentation)

-Attend and contribute to team and client meetings, and communicate project progress with the DB Team Lead (Communication, Collaboration)
