Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Management:
- Ensure stable operations across IT infrastructure and critical applications globally.
- Minimize disruptions to business functions via proactive monitoring and control measures.
- Lead the implementation of the 'One Platform – Open Process' strategy to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Proactively manage and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) processes.
Vendor Governance:
- Drive adoption of a multi-vendor governance model to manage diverse IT service providers effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery across multiple IT service vendors.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Foster close collaboration with business units to prioritize initiatives and ensure standardized communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on IT operations, processes, and improvements.
Innovation & Technology Integration:
- Investigate, evaluate, and integrate next-generation technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Promote innovation in IT operations and service delivery practices.
